Gregg J Borri Law Offices Files One Of First Lawsuits in United States Against DePuy Orthopaedics for Defective DePuy ASR Hip Implant

Gregg J Borri Law Offices announced that on Friday June 14, 2010, it filed a case in federal district court in the Middle District of Florida on behalf of a female Florida resident alleging that the DePuy ASR hip replacement prosthesis implanted in her in 2007, failed and required revision surgery and replacement two years later, in 2009, because it was defective. The suit seeks damages from DePuy Orthopaedics. This lawsuit is among the first cases in the United States filed against DePuy Orthopaedics alleging that the DePuy ASR hip implant, which DePuy began selling in the U.S.
