Gregg J Borri Calls DePuy ASR Recall Offer Inadequate

In its August 26, 2010, press release announcing the recall of the DePuy ASR XL
Acetabular System, DePuy Orthopaedics made an offer of financial compensation
to patients that had the recalled DePuy ASR prosthesis. Gregg J Borri, an attorney
representing numerous clients with claims against DePuy Orthopaedics for its
